In Atari Asteroids, you’re zooming around in a spaceship, like a super cool space pilot! You have to shoot big rocks floating in space called asteroids. If you hit them, they break into smaller pieces, and you have to keep blasting them away! But watch out for flying saucers trying to zap you too! The screen spins all around, and you can’t crash into anything! You score points for every asteroid you blast apart, and it’s super fun to see how high you can score. It’s like being in a wild space adventure, dodging and shooting like a real hero!
Instructions:
Okay, here we go! You control a spaceship in space! Use the arrow keys to move left and right, and up to go forward. Watch out for big rocks called asteroids – they will crash into you if you’re not careful! Press the space bar to shoot bullets and blast the asteroids into tiny pieces. If you blow up enough of them, you get points! But be quick! If you hit an asteroid or get caught by a flying saucer, you lose a life. Try to get the highest score possible before you run out of lives. Have fun floating in space!
