First, gather your friends and pick a big open space! You need a soft ball, like a foam one. Everyone stands in a circle, and one person is the "Chaser" in the middle. When the Chaser says "Go!" everyone runs around the circle while the Chaser tries to tag them! If you get tagged, you join the Chaser! The last one standing becomes the new Chaser! Keep running and giggling until everyone has had a turn! Remember, no pushing and play safe! Ready, set, Ball Rush!
