Falling Man

Okay, here we go! First, find a soft spot like grass or a big pillow. Now, get a friend to be "The Falling Man." He or she stands up high on a safe place like a sturdy chair or a low step. Then, when everyone is ready, The Falling Man jumps down, but wait! Everyone else has to try to catch them by making a big cushion with their arms! If you catch them, yay! If not, try again! Remember to smile and laugh, and take turns being The Falling Man. Safety first, and have super-duper fun!
