Fast Ball

In Fast Ball, you need a soft ball and a big open space! First, split into two teams. One team stands in the middle, and the other team stands about ten steps away. The goal is to throw the ball to your teammates while the middle team tries to catch it! If they catch it, they can switch places with the team that threw the ball. If the other team drops the ball, they have to run and touch a designated spot before the middle team can pick it up. Keep playing and have fun until everyone's had a turn!
