Instructions:
Okay, here we go! You need a big space and some friends to play "Free the Ball!" First, pick one person to be the "guard." Everyone else is the "runners.” The guard tries to tag the runners while they bounce a ball. If you get tagged, you freeze! But don’t worry! Other runners can come and “free” you by rolling the ball to you. The game goes on until everyone is frozen or the guard is tired! Switch roles so everyone gets a turn. Have fun running and dodging, and remember to cheer for your friends! Ready, set, go!
