Kick Ups is super fun! You try to keep a soccer ball in the air using your feet, knees, and head. The goal is to see how many times you can kick it up before it hits the ground! You can play by yourself or challenge your friends to see who can get the highest score. It’s all about balance and timing, and it’s really cool when you get a crazy high number. Sometimes, you can even try doing tricks while you kick! It makes you feel like a soccer star! Just watch out for the sneaky dog if you’re outside!
Instructions:
Grab a soccer ball! Start by kicking it gently with your foot to keep it in the air—no touching with your hands! Try to kick it using different parts of your foot, like the inside, outside, or even your knee! Count how many times you can keep it up without letting it touch the ground. You can play solo or challenge your friends to see who can do the most kick-ups! If it falls, just pick it up and start again. Remember to have fun and be silly! Dance while you kick if you feel like it! Go, go, go!
