Lateral Defense

Okay, let’s play Lateral Defense! First, split into two teams and make a big rectangle with cones or tape. Now, stand in a line on your side. The goal is to pass a soft ball to your teammate across the rectangle without the other team catching it. If they catch it, they get to try and throw it back! You can only move sideways, silly! If the ball hits the ground, it’s a new round! Play until someone scores 5 points. Now cheer and have fun, but no getting too wild! Ready, set, Lateral Defense, GO!
