Okay, so here’s how to play Shoot And Run! First, split into two teams. One team is the “shooters” and the other team is the “runners.” The shooters have soft balls or Nerf guns, and they try to tag the runners by throwing balls or tagging them gently. If a runner gets tagged, they freeze! But, other runners can unfreeze them by crawling under their legs to give a high five! The goal is to avoid getting tagged while trying to unfreeze your friends. The game ends when all runners are frozen or after a set time. Ready, set, go!
