Basketball is super fun! You play it on a big court with a hoop at each end. There are two teams, and the goal is to throw a bouncy orange ball through the other team’s hoop to score points. You dribble by bouncing the ball while running, and you can pass it to your teammates, too! If you shoot from super far away and make it, it’s called a three-pointer, and it’s super cool! You can also steal the ball if you’re fast enough and play great defense. It’s all about teamwork and making awesome baskets! Let's play!
Instructions:
Grab a basketball and find a hoop, like the ones in parks or schools! Split into two teams. One team tries to score by throwing the ball into the hoop, while the other team tries to stop them! Dribble the ball – that means bouncing it – while running, but don’t travel too much! If you shoot and miss, don’t worry! Get the ball back and try again. If you score, everyone yells “YES!” Keep track of points. Play for fun and remember to share the ball! Switch teams and play again! Have fun and play fair!
